Ukrainian Man Who Was Shot In Face And Buried Alive Narrates Heart Spine Chilling Account Of Torture

Dovzhenko: Mykola Kulichenko a Ukraine man opens up about how he escaped death despite being shot in the face and buried alive by Russian soldiers.

In an interview with CNN, Kulichenko revealed that he and his brother, Yevhen and Dmytro, were shot and buried by Russian soldiers, three and a half weeks after Russia invaded their country. The 33-year-old said that his home was targeted by the Russian military on March 18 as they were spotting for the Ukrainians responsible for bombing Russian Troops nearby.

Kulichenko added that he and his siblings were made to kneel in the front yard while the Russian troops searched their home – looking for anything that would help connect them to the bombed convoy.

Soon they found military medals their grandfather owned and a military bag belonging to Yevhen, who had been a paratrooper, the soldiers were convinced that they had something to hide.

Kulichenko along with his brothers were interrogated inside a basement for 3 days. Hoping to go free on the fourth day instead they thrashed him with a metal rod and shove a barrel of a gun inside his mouth and the trio was tortured till they fell unconscious.

Later they were blindfolded and driven to an isolated plot of land in a military vehicle.

Knelled and blindfolded he heard a gunshot behind him, Dmytro the eldest brother fell to the ground. Next, he was Shot however, he got lucky as the bullet entered his cheek when he understood playing dead could let him escape.

The soldiers kicked the bodies into the pit, covered with mud, and left. He wasn’t sure how long should he lay buried alive, eventually he managed to find his way out from under his brother’s corpse and he was back in the land of the living.

Kulichenko’s said that his brothers, Dmytro and Yevhen, were later given a proper burial and were laid to rest beneath elaborate tombstones in a well-tended grave.
