NCP (SP) candidate Supriya Sule retained her Baramati Lok Sabha seat by over 1.55 lakh votes, defeating her sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar, the wife of Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, in a high-profile contest. Sule secured 7,32,312 votes, while political newcomer Sunetra Pawar received 5,73,979 votes.
