Should I Address You As Maharashtra CM Or As Shiv Sena Chief: Amit Satam To Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai: BJP MLA Amit Satam writes a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray over the issue of naming ground after Tipu Sultan. In the letter he states that he is confused about how should he address him. He questions should he address him as Maharashtra chief minister or as Shiv Sena chief.

Satam writes that โ€œI am confused what should I addressed you, should I addressed you as Maharashtra CM or as Shiv Sena Party chief. Because on one hand Mayor Kishori Pednekar is admitting that if that ground gets name of Tipu Sultan it may create law and order issue but to on other hand she is producing some fake papers to attack on me and to defend guardian minister Aslam Shaikh.โ€

In the letter he further argues that if the name board of Tipu sultan is illegal then BMC should immediately remove it.

As per Satam, the same ground has been reserved for waste management project as per records of Revenue department. But Guardians minister Aslam Shaikh is illegally using funds of district planning committee for this ground.

In his letter to CM he appeals, CM to ask Chief Secretary to issue order for inquiry and punish the culprit who is misusing funds and land.

Day before yesterday BJP MLA amit Satam has accused Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar and Guardian minister Aslam Shaikh of creating fake documents against him to show that Satam had also supported proposal to change the name of road to Tipu sultan. Satam had challenged duo to show the on record papers or else get ready for legal suit.

Case has been registered against her after Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra demanded probe and gave directions to the city police to investigate her remark and submit a report.

On Wednesday during an event of promotion of her web series โ€œShow Stopperโ€, which also stars Rohit Roy, Digangana Suryavanshi, and Sourabh Raaj Jain in lead roles, actor made the controversial comments.

Her video of such controversial remarks has gone viral on social media, in which she allegedly referred to God while speaking about her โ€œbraโ€. Her co-actors were also present when she made the remark during an interaction with media persons.

A clip has been obtained in which the cast is on the stage and Tiwari can be heard saying, โ€œMere bra ki size bhagwan le rahe hai.โ€ (God is taking the measurements for my bra).

Popular TV series โ€˜Mahabharataโ€™ actor Saurabh Jain, who played the role of Lord Krishna in the mythological show, will be playing the role of a โ€˜bra fitterโ€™ in the upcoming series. Shweta Tiwari jokingly made the alleged statement in reference to Saurabh, during the press conference, reported news agency ANI.

โ€œA case was registered against Shweta Tiwari today under IPC section 295 (A) (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs),โ€ the official of Shyamla Hills police station said.

The complaint has been filed against her by Sonu Prajapati, a local citizen, who alleged that the actor has hurt his religious sentiments through her comment.

โ€œWe will summon Shweta Tiwari to the police station either by sending her a notice by post or by sending a police team to her place to serve notice,โ€ he said.

โ€œThe offence is non-bailable, but as it attracts imprisonment of less than seven years, no arrest can be made as per the Supreme Courtโ€™s directive issued earlier,โ€ he added.

When contacted, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Kotwali) Bittu Sharma told news agency PTI that the actor would be formally arrested, but she can get bail from the police station itself after which she has to get it rectified by a competent court.
