Anantnag, J&K, two terrorists were killed in an encounter with a security force

On Saturday two terrorists were gunned down by security forces during an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir, Anantnag district. Security forces initiated an anti-terrorist operation in the area before this encounter. A similar encounter took place in Srinagar’s Khanyar area.

According to officials cited by news agency PTI, one of the terrorists was a foreigner and the other was a local. The officials said that it is yet unknown whose organization the terrorists were connected to.

The operation is still in process and further details are awaited said, officials.
