Hyderabad: Industrialist Murdered By Grandson Over Property Dispute

A 29-year-old man named Kilaru Keerthi Teja killed his industrialist grandfather in Hyderabad over a property dispute.

The industrialist Velamati Chandrasekhara Janardhana Rao was stabbed 70 times by his grandson.

The incident took place at Raoโ€™s residence in Hyderabad.

The grandson returned to Hyderabad after completing his masterโ€™s degree in the United States. After returning to India, Teja visited his grandfatherโ€™s place, where they had a heated argument over the property distribution.

According to reports, Teja was given Rs 4 crore as his share. However, he was not happy with the amount of money he received.

Police are investigating the matter, and Teja has been arrested.
