Sameer Kamath, the Indian-origin doctoral student at Purdue University in Indiana, who was discovered dead on 5th February, has been confirmed to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to Authorities. A forensic autopsy conducted on February 6 in Crawfordsville, Indiana, determined the cause of death as a “gunshot wound of the head” and ruled it a “suicide.”
