A London High Court ruling permits the sale of Nirav Modi’s luxury flat for no less than £5.25 million. Presided over by Master James Brightwell, the remote hearing included representations from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Modi, incarcerated in Thameside prison. Proceeds will be secured post-settlement of trust liabilities.
