Since Sunday, a man in the Chicago suburbs has fatally shot eight people across three locations, leaving authorities searching for him. The victims were discovered in Joliet and Will County, with the FBI’s help in the search. Police are unsure of the motive but note the assailant knew the victims. Joliet Police Chief William Evans called it one of the worst crime scenes in his 29-year career.
