Slovakia’s PM Robert Fico is in a “very serious” but stable condition following an assassination attempt in which he sustained five gunshot wounds, revealed a hospital official. Miriam Lapunikova, FD Roosevelt University Hospital director, disclosed that Fico underwent a five-hour surgery by two teams to address his injuries. Government meetings are scheduled in response.
