Breaking: Congress Expels Two Rebel Rajasthan Leaders, Door Still Open For Pilot

Bhanwar Lal and Vishvendra Singh have been suspended from the primary membership of the Congress party.

 

Jaipur| The Congress held a press conference outside the Fairmont Hotel where Congress MLAs are lodged on Friday after the audio of horse-trading in Rajasthan was exposed. Party Spokesperson Randeep Surjewala, State Congress President Govind Singh Dotsara were present for the Press Conference.

Surjewala said that the audio tapes prove BJP was trying to buy the loyalty of MLAs for Rs 25-35 crores. “The role of BJP leaders in this is under suspicion. From the tapes which have come out yesterday evening and till date, one thing is clear that the BJP attempted to topple the Gehlot government and buy the MLAs,” Surjewala said.

He also said that instead of fighting Coronavirus, the BJP is engaged in gaining power. This was also done in Madhya Pradesh.” The whole country is fighting Corona, but they are engaged in efforts to bring down our party government. In the tapes which have appeared in the media, the conversation allegedly between Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma and BJP leader Sanjay Jain has been revealed. Bhanwar Lal and Vishvendra Singh have been suspended from the primary membership of the party. These people have also been given show cause notices.
