In a shocking incident, three Dalit girls were found hanging to a dupatta in UP. The incident is from Asoha in Baburaha village of Unnao district. Two of these girls were found dead and the condition of the third girl is very critical. She is currently undergoing treatment at Regency Hospital in Kanpur.

Three minor girls from Baburaha village of Unnao Komal (16), Kajal (13) and Roshni (17) went to the farm in the afternoon to get fodder for the cattle, locals said. According to the police, when they did not return even after several hours, the family started searching for them. The villagers later found all the three in a wheat field. They were found hanged to a tree with their own scarf. According to police, two of the girls had already died. At the same time, one among them was not in a condition to say anything. The villagers rushed her to the district hospital, where the doctor, seeing the critical condition, referred him to the Regency Hospital in Kanpur.

Sexual violence with girls?

At the same time, Samajwadi Party MLC Sunil Singh Yadav from Unnao tweeted and claimed that the girls were killed after being raped.

Looking at the track record of Uttar Pradesh, people are requesting to save the sole survivor of this case and demand to shift her immediately to Delhi AIIMS. Throughout the night, many people on social media joined the demand with the hashtag #Save_Unnao_Ki_Beti. Thousands of people tweeted about this and expressed the possibility of threat to the life of the victim.

Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad wrote on Twitter that it is important to ensure treatment and safety of the survivor. He demanded that she should be immediately brought to AIIMS Delhi by air ambulance.
