The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) panel , according to a report in The Times of India, concluded that the actor died due to suicide.

Commenting on this report, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said that this report by AIIMS was contradicting to what he had been told earlier.

“Today, I’ve also seen some AIIMS reports coming out. Same head of AIIMS told me personally when he had seen the strangulation mark from picture of SSR that this is 200% strangulation. Now, suddenly he’s saying it is pure& simple case of suicide” he said

Singh also said that its “surprising” that the CBI wasn’t able to conclude the investigation.

“It’s very surprising that CBI hasn’t been able to do anything. CBI should have done custodial interrogation of persons named in FIR & those who were at his residence especially (Siddharth) Pithani because he changed his stand” Singh said.
