New Delhi | The Patiala House Court in Delhi today sent all the accused arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the ISIS-inspired module from Uttar Pradesh and Delhi to a 12 day NIA custody. The Court also allowed the family members and parents of five accused to meet them inside the court.
Then Defence lawyer opposing the custody claimed that the NIA story contains a lot of fabrications. He said,” They’re students. What NIA has recovered includes tractor’s power nozzle which they planted and called it a rocket launcher. What they’re calling explosives are actually ‘sutli bombs’ that’re used in Diwali. There is a lot of fabrication.”
