He said that he thanked the US President for his help. Shortly before this, Prime Minister of Japan Yoshihide Suga also dialled PM Modi.

America ready for drug, ventilators and financial support
Before the talks between the leaders of the two countries over the phone, US representative in United Nations Linda Thomas said that the United States is doing everything possible to help India.
