Prabhakar Sail has proof of extortion

Mumbai : Prabhakar Sail who is a witness-turned-hostile in Aryan Khan case says that he has proof of the pay-off allegations made against KP Gosavi, the alleged private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral.

Prabhakar Sail, Personal Bodyguard of KP Gosavi, has professed that he overheard Gosavi and one Sam D’Souza talking about a Rs 25 crore payoff to let off Aryan Khan in the case. “They were discussing that Rs 8 crore would go to NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede,” Sail said at a press conference.

Sameer Wankhede is investigating the drug bust case of Aryan Khan. After series of allegation against Sameer wankhede, NCB has started a probe against against him and according to the sources, he may be removed from the post of NCB director.

Prabhakar Sail said that he is not making this statement under any pressure or for money, also no links with any ministers are found.

“On my daughter’s birthday on September 6, I received Rs 5,000 from Gosavi as per my salary and later 15,000 and Rs 3,000…beyond that, I haven’t received any money. I am only trying to bring out the truth. I am not making any statement under pressure or for money. I have filed a complaint at Sahar Police Station. Let Gosavi surrender, I will speak again,” Prabhakar Sail said.

On Monday, Sail claimed that he saw Gosavi meeting Shah Rukh Khan’s manager and that he was asked to sign “9-10 blank pages” in the presence of Wankhede after the cruise raids.

Prabhakar Sail also said he felt a threat to his life from Sameer Wankhede after KP Gosavi went “suspiciously missing”. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has ordered a vigilance inquiry into the claims.

Several images have surfaced showing Sameer Wankhede with KP Gosavi following the raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 3. The images show Sameer Wankhede and KP Gosavi in a room along with those detained in the case.
