Sanjay Raut on ‘Silver Oak’ to meet Sharad Pawar; Political discussions abound

Mumbai: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut today called on NCP President Sharad Pawar. Raut had gone to his residence at Silver Oak in Mumbai to meet Pawar. It is said to be a goodwill gift. Sanjay Raut and Sharad Pawar have been instrumental in shaping the Mahavikas Aghadi government.

Therefore, although the visit is informal, it is expected that some issues related to governance and administration will be discussed. However, after the news of this visit, political discussions have started.

Raut, who is a staunch supporter of Shiv Sena, a constituent party of the ruling Mahavikas Aghadi in the state, and Pawar, who is the NCP’s all-rounder, are likely to discuss the current burning issues. Informal discussions are likely to take place on issues like ST strike, inflation, fuel price hike.

From the criticism leveled against Sharad Pawar, it was seen that Raut had also criticized some BJP leaders in the last few days. In it, BJP state president Chandrakant Patil was also slapped by Raut for single-handedly mentioning Pawar.

Two years ago, when the state was in the process of establishing power, it was seen that there was talk of establishing power from Silver Oak and Matoshri. That is why in the current situation, many are keeping an eye on what was discussed between Raut and Pawar in the meeting at Silver Oak, one of the centers of power in Maharashtra politics.
