After the Rajasthan Assembly elections concluded in December last year, Bainsla had demanded that the new state government headed by Congress to make its stand clear. He had threatened to start the quota agitation again if it fails to come out with any satisfactory response.
Before starting the agitation, Bainsla held a ‘Maha Panchayat’ in Sawai Madhopur district. Meanwhile, high-level meetings were held in Jaipur to chalk out measures to calm the protestors.
