The BJP MP has further wrote in the letter that we should treat our farmers with sensitivity only and only in Gandhian and democratic way within the ambit of law. I request you to immediately identify all the suspects involved in this incident and take the strictest action by setting up a murder case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

In this regard, it would be more appropriate to get the culprits punished by getting the CBI investigated in a time bound manner under the supervision of the respected Supreme Court. Apart from this, compensation of one crore rupees should also be given to the families of the victims. Please also make sure that in future there is no such injustice or other atrocities with the farmers. I hope that in view of the seriousness of this incident, you will take the trouble of taking immediate action on my request.
