Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President JP Nadda arrived in Kolkata early Tuesday to evaluate organizational readiness for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha polls in West Bengal. Scheduled for a series of meetings, the leaders aim to kickstart preparations, with BJP MLA Manoj Tigga highlighting the increasing frequency of central leaders’ visits to the state. Party leaders Sukanta Majumdar, Suvendu Adhikari, and Dilip Ghosh welcomed Shah and Nadda at the airport.
