The Bombay High Court has permitted a 14-year-old rape survivor to terminate her 26-week pregnancy. The minor, who is severely anaemic, sought the court’s intervention through her lawyer, Manisha Jagtap, as pregnancies over 24 weeks require judicial approval for a medical termination.
