Delhi HC’s Justice Amit Sharma Recuses Self From Yasin Malik Case

Delhi High Court Justice Amit Sharma recused himself from presiding over the National Investigation Agency’s appeal seeking the death penalty for Yasin Malik. Previously NIA’s Special Public Prosecutor, Sharma handled cases involving national security and extradition. The case was reassigned to another bench for August 9, following the Acting Chief Justice’s instructions.
