Delhi Police Files Additional Chargesheet In Parliament Security Breach

The Delhi Police Special Cell filed a supplementary chargesheet in the Parliament security breach case before the Patiala House Court on Monday. The counsel informed the court that necessary sanctions under UAPA were included. Pending forensic reports will be submitted. The court extended the judicial custody of all accused until August 2, when the chargesheet will be reviewed. Previously, a 1000-page chargesheet under UAPA was filed against six accused in June.
