ED Moves To Court As Kejriwal Skips 5th Summons

The Enforcement Directorate lodged a new complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for non-compliance with summons related to the liquor policy case. Kejriwal, who claims the summonses are “illegal,” skipped five hearings. The ED alleges that the 2021-22 excise policy favored certain liquor dealers through bribery, leading to a money laundering investigation.
