New Delhi: Oppositions President candidate Yashwant Sinha, on Thursday said the Enforcement Directorate officers should have gone to Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi’s residence if they wanted to question her.
“I strongly condemn the attitude of ED to humiliate political leaders. The officers of ED shd have gone to her residence even if they had questions to ask of Sonia Gandhi.”Mr. Sinha tweeted.
Mr. Sinha was referring to Congressās interim presidentās appearance before the probe agency today.

Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi will appear before the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday in connection with a money laundering case (NationalĀ Herald).
Mrs. Gandhiās questioning was postponed earlier after she had tested positive for covid and had to be hospitalized, After getting discharged from the hospital in mid-June, she had sought more time to appear before the probe agency.
