Union Minister Nitin Gadkari issued a legal notice to Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Jairam Ramesh. After they shared a 19-second clip from his interview with Lallantop. Gadkari accused the Congress leaders of distorting the interview’s context to create confusion and disrepute.
The notice highlighted that the shared video lacked contextual meaning and misrepresented Gadkari’s statements. “Villages, poor, labourers and farmers are unhappy…The villages do not have good roads, there is no water to drink, there are no good hospitals, there are no good schools,” Gadkari can be heard saying.
