In Gujarat Polls during rally the Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge calls PM Modi Ravan

New Delhi:  A huge row broke out in Gujarat after Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘Ravan’ while addressing a rally in Poll-bound Gujarat. The veteran Congress leader’s comments have received criticism, and the BJP has charged the Congress with disrespecting the prime minister.

Addressing a public rally in Ahmedabad’s Behrampura, Congress leader Mallikarjun kharge said, “We see your face in corporation elections, MLA elections or MP elections, everywhere! Do you have 100 heads like Ravan?”

“I’ve been seeing that votes are sought in the name of Modiji, be it municipality elections, corporation elections (or Assembly elections). Ask for vote in the name of the candidate is Modi going to come and work at the municipality? Is he going to help you in times of your need?”, senior Congress leader said, attacking PM Modi.

Hitting back at Mallikarjun Kharge for insulting PM Modi , BJP IT Cell Chief Amit Malviya said, “Unable to take the heat of Gujarat election, pushed to the fringe, Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge loses control over his words, calls Prime Minister Narendra Modi “Ravan”. From “Maut ka Saudagar” to “Ravan”, Congress continues to insult Gujarat and it’s son.”

“Gujarat is proud of Narendra Modi, who has been fighting to further the interests of all citizens. These are merely Mallikarjun’s words, and Sonia and Rahul Gandhi’s ideology is what they stand for. Do you recall who referred to Narendra Modi as “Maut ka Saudagar”? Madhusudan Mistry promised to show Narendra Modi his ‘Aukat’ “said Patra.

“What “Aukaat” will you reveal to Soniaji? Every Gujarati should come out and vote and teach Congress a lesson, as this Congress party has used derogatory language against the Pride of Gujarat “BJP leader: additional.
