Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has challenged the Jharkhand High Court’s dismissal of his writ petition regarding his arrest in a money laundering case linked to a land scam. Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, representing Soren, urged Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud to list the plea urgently due to the upcoming state elections on May 13. Sibal emphasized the release of the JMM leader.
