Today, the Delhi High Court refused to grant Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal protection from arrest in the liquor policy case. However, the court directed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to respond to Kejriwal’s new plea and scheduled the next hearing for April 22. Kejriwal’s request is part of his petition challenging the ED’s summons regarding alleged money laundering in the now-defunct Delhi liquor policy case.
