India Signs Free Trade Agreement With EFTA

India and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) signed a free trade agreement in New Delhi on Sunday, with Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal present. Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the deal as a significant milestone for India and the EFTA nations – Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.
