Kerala Court Clears Three RSS Members Of Madrassa Teacher’s Murder

In Kerala’s Kasaragod, a court acquitted three RSS activists charged with the 2017 murder of a madrassa teacher inside a mosque. Judge K K Balakrishnan of the Kasaragod Principal Sessions court cleared Akhilesh, Jithin, and Ajesh, residents of Kelugude. Mohammed Riyas Maulavi, a 34-year-old madrassa teacher from Choori, was discovered murdered in his mosque room on March 20, 2017.
