Man Detained After Threatening To Jump From Maharashtra Secretariat

A 55-year-old man from Satara caused panic at the Maharashtra secretariat’s annexe building in Mumbai by threatening to jump from its fifth floor. Identified as Arvind Patil, he had been visiting the secretariat seeking attention for issues concerning potholes and tree felling on the Karad-Chiplun national highway. Police and fire brigade responded with a safety net prepared.
