Mihir Shah, accused in a fatal hit-and-run incident in Mumbai, tested negative for alcohol two days after the crash. The delay in testing is believed to have allowed any alcohol to leave his system. The incident, which occurred in Worli, involved Shah’s BMW striking a two-wheeler, killing a woman and injuring her husband. Shah was arrested 58 hours later at a resort near Mumbai.
