Since its inception a month ago, the Central Railways AC task force has identified 2,979 cases of unauthorized travel and collected fines amounting to Rs 10.04 lakhs by June 15. Established to address passenger grievances, the task force has significantly reduced daily complaints to just 14, down from an initial 100.
