Pune Porsche Crash: Police To Appeal Teen’s Release In Supreme Court

The Pune police plan to appeal to the Supreme Court against the Bombay High Court’s order to release a 17-year-old involved in a May Porsche accident. The high court deemed his remand by the Juvenile Justice Board illegal. After public outcry, he was sent to an observation home and released to his aunt’s custody.
