The Union Government on Saturday ordered e-commerce sites to remove Bournvita from the category of ‘health drinks’ on their portal and platforms. This comes after it was found that Bournvita contains sugar levels much above the acceptable limits. Earlier, a YouTuber claimed Bournvita contained excessive sugar, cocoa solids and harmful colourants that could lead to serious health hazards in children.
