Supreme Court Demands Complete Disclosure Of Electoral Bonds

The Supreme Court questioned the State Bank of India (SBI) on Monday for not providing comprehensive details as directed. Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud emphasized SBIโ€™s obligation to fully disclose all electoral bond information impartially, without being selective or withholding any data. The CJI highlighted that SBIโ€™s compliance with court directives merges with the final judgment, urging the bank to submit an affidavit affirming full disclosure and relieving the court and petitioners from identifying undisclosed information.
