Supreme Court To Hear Himachal Pradesh Rebel MLAs’ Case On Tuesday

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court will review a petition submitted by six rebel Congress MLAs from Himachal Pradesh. These MLAs, who participated in cross-voting during the recent Rajya Sabha polls, contested the Speaker’s disqualification. Justices Sanjiv Khanna, Dipankar Datta, and Prashant Kumar Mishra will preside over the hearing.
