Digvijay Singh said that Imran Khan returned captive wing commander of Indian Air Force but now he should also hand over Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar to India.
Bhopal| Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh congratulated Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan for returning the present wing commander congratulations to the IAF. He also said that Imran Khan should now show “bravery” and hand over terrorists like Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar to India.
Digvijay Singh said, “I congratulate the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, for the fact that he showed a new path to being a good neighbor.”
He said that Imran Khan returned captive wing commander of Indian Air Force but now he should also hand over Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar to India.
The Congress leader claimed that the leaders of the ISI and Tehreek-e-Insaf of Pakistan were of the view that negotiations should have been made with India in exchange of Abhinandan.
He said, “There has been a lot of rhetoric in his country against the Pakistani Prime Minister because of the return of Wing Commander of the Indian Air Force without this negotiation.”
Further, the Rajya Sabha MP added, “I am not questioning the recent action of the Indian Air Force against Pakistan-based terrorist camps. But any developments that takes place in the open space, are revealed through satellite technology.” “So, the way the US government presented evidence against Osama bin Laden, the evidence should also be given by the Indian government about Pakistan-based terrorist bases,” he said.
Former MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh slammed the Congress leader for his statement. He said that Digvijay Singh has become blind in protest and is speaking the language of Pakistan. He further said that while opposing Modi, Digvijay Singh has started opposing Bharat Mata.
