I am married to Congress party: Rahul Gandhi

Hyderabad | Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday that he his married to the Congress party when he was asked about his marriage plans. During his interaction with editors of various media house on his two-day visit to Hyderabad, Gandhi said that Narendra Modi won’t become the Prime minister in 2019.

Rahul Gandhi further claimed that the BJP would not get even 230 Lok Sabha seats and hence there was no question of Narendra Modi becoming Prime Minister again. He alleged that the BJP tally would be cut primarily due to the alliance among non-BJP parties in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

When asked about the Congress’ coalition with regional parties in various states, Rahul Gandhi said that the party’s state units were free to have alliances with like-minded parties. Raising his concern over the growing intolerance in the country Gandhi said, minorities were feeling insecure.

“Modi had failed to fulfill his promise of providing two crore jobs annually,” while addressing the problems of farmers and providing employment to the unemployed. He further added that “China provides employment to 50,000 people in 24 hours while in India only 458 people get employment during this duration.”
