Modi government is working on a roadmap for modernisation of Indian forces: Amit Shah

Jaipur | Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Thursday in an event of ex-serviceman in Rajasthan’s Sikar said informed that the current Narendra Modi led Union government is working on the roadmap for the modernization of the Indian armed forces.

Addressing the servicemen, Amit Shah said whether the BJP is in power or in opposition, the forces and the servicemen are its major priority. He further added that the Modi government enhanced the respect of the armymen by fulfiling the age-old demand of One Rank-One Pension when it came to power.

Attacking the opposition and previous UPA government, the BJP president alleged that during Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh’s government during the ceasefire, Soldiers used to wait for the Delhi’s order. But after the Modi government came to power, soldiers don’t need any orders. The army men at the war front know how to responds to enemy’s bullet.
