Rajnath Singh responds to criticism of Rafale Puja, says “It is our faith”

Responding to the critics, Rajnath Singh said, “People say whatever they want. I did what was right and will continue to do so.

 

New Delhi| Defense Minister Rajnath Singh returned to Delhi on Thursday night from France tour. Here he said that India will get 7 Rafale fighter aircraft by April-May next year. This aircraft is capable of achieving a speed of 1800 km per hour. I flew at a speed of 1300 kmph in it. “The entire credit for bringing Rafale planes into the country goes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” said Rajnath Singh.

During the ceremony to receive Rafale jet, Rajnath Singh performed traditional Puja. He drew an ‘Om’ sign with vermillion on the jet. He also performed rituals with Lemons and Coconut. He was trolled for it on Social Media. Even the opposition Congress party called it nothing but a ‘Tamasha’.

Responding to the critics, Rajnath Singh said, “People say whatever they want. I did what was right and will continue to do so. There is some supernatural power in the universe, it is our faith. I have believed in it since childhood.”

The defence minister also said, “People of any religion have the right to offer prayers on the basis of their beliefs. If anyone does this, I will never question. Yes, the Congress view is slightly different on that issue. This is not the thinking of every person. ”

‘Those who questioned Rafael have got answers’

According to the Defense Minister, “The allegations made on Prime Minister Modi regarding the Rafael Deal are baseless. Strong language was used against the Prime Minister. I think the people of the country have given their answer on this issue. ”
