Uddhav Thackeray Appoints Six-Member Committee To Look Into CAA-NRC-NPR Issue

Uddhav Thackeray while speaking in the legislative assembly said that there are protests happening across the country over CAA-NRC-NPR combine.

 

Mumbai| Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has appointed a cabinet sub-committee to look into the issues related to the CAA-NRC and NPR.

Uddhav Thackeray while speaking in the legislative assembly said that there are protests happening across the country and there is unrest over CAA-NRC-NPR combine. The committee appointed will advise the government on what stand to be taken on these issues.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister and ShivSena leader Anil Parab will lead the six-member committee. Its other members include Housing Minister Jitendra Awhad, Relief, and Rehabilitation Minister Vijay Wadettiwar, Sports Minister Sunil Kedar, Minority Affairs Minister Nawab Malik and Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant.
