“There is discontentment among MLAs who have not been allocated ministerial portfolios”, Ramdas Athawale briefs on portfolio distribution
MUMBAI| On Thursday the former ally of ShivSena, Republic Party of India (RPI) Maharashtra President Ramdas Athawale strick on Maha Vikas Aghadi government. He said the government led by Uddhav Thackeray along with Congress and National Congress party is not going to last for long. This is a three-wheeled vehicle (auto-rickshaw) government cannot sustain and given a chance BJP will form a government in Maharashtra.
Ramdas Athawale said, “The Maha Vikas Agahadi has formed the government in state but it won’t last long”.
He also added, “There is discontentment among MLAs who have not been allocated ministerial portfolios. They are extremely angry. There is a fight for the portfolio, many are unhappy with what has come their way. They need equal distribution”.
“The cabinet ministers fixation took so long nearly one and a half month, now the portfolio distribution is taking so long. State CM Uddhav Thackeray said the respective ministery will be declared by 31st of December but new year has began its 2nd of January and still, the fight for portfolio continues in this government”, Athawale said.

Athawale also said, “This will continue and the government will soon lose its ground. I don’t think it will last. Let’s see for how long it will work. And after that, if they fail we along with Devendra Fadnavis will form the government in the state”.
