Four cases of BF.7 variant of Omicron, which is responsible for the surge in Covid-19 cases in China, have been found in India, sources in the Union Health Ministry told India Today. While two have been detected in Gujarat, one case has been traced to Odisha. The two new cases of BF.7 have been detected in Gujarat’s Vadodara and Ahmedabad.
