Coronavirus Trajectory Takes U-Turn In India: Lockdown, Night Curfew, Restrictions Make A Comeback

Five months after unlock 5 in October, India is faced with a worrisome situation. The Coronavirus numbers in the country are rising again and it has led to authorities again deliberating the possibility of a lockdown. After a lockdown and partial opening of activity in 2020 that lasted almost Seven months starting end of march March, India became the country most affected by the virus after United states. As per the tally, presented on the MyGov website, the total cases in India are 1,10,16,434. 1,07,12,665 have recovered while 1,47,306 are active cases.
