he has revealed several details of what he came across during those two months when the second wave of the pandemic ravaged through the country in his new book.The book is titled Ganga: Reimagining, Rejuvenating, Reconnecting. it is co-authored by Puskal Upadhyay, an IDAS officer who has worked with the NMCG.
Mishra, a 1987-batch Telangana-cadre IAS has served the NMCG in various capacities for over five years and is set to retire on December 31.
