He was speaking at MNS’ annual Gudi Padwa rally at Mumbai, where he criticised the BJP led government’s programme on Digital India, Start up India and the MUDRA loan scheme. Hitting out at the BJP, Thackeray compared Modi with Hitler and claimed that the country was heading towards a dictatorship.
