Sharad Pawar’s 5th row invite is Maharashtra’s insult: NCP

A record number of 8,000 guests attended the PM Modi’s grand swearing-in ceremony. So far as the Opposition leader’s like Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi were some of the attendees. NCP chief Shahad Pawar was also invited but didn’t attend the oath-taking ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his new team as the veteran politician was not allotted a seat at the event “as per protocol”. Well, one might expect that given Pawar’s seniority in politics and his networking across party lines, he would have been given a front row seat, but the Modi government instead assigned a fifth row seat for him. #SharadPawar #Maharashtra #Modi #NCP
