Aaditya Thackeray questioned whether the Industry Minister would resign after losing back-to-back projects, โ€œWill the industry minister resign after losing 4 projects?โ€.

After defense officials on Thursday announced transport aircraft for the Indian Air Force to be manufactured by Tata-Airbus at Vadodara in poll-bond Gujarat, the former environment minister of Maharashtra Aaditya Thackeray tweeted a blistering tweet slamming the Shide-Fadnavis government.

โ€œAnother project! I have voiced this since July, asking Khoke Sarkar to try for it.โ€ The Shivsena (UBT) leader said. โ€œI wonder why every project is going to other states in the last 3 months.โ€The Thackeray scion said. Junior Thackeray further said, โ€œLoss of faith in khoke sarkar is evident on industry levelโ€.

Shivsena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi also tweeted in this regard โ€œVedanta Foxconn Medical Device Park Bulk Drugs Park and now Tata Airbusโ€ฆ. All out of Maharashtra thanks to เฅซเฅฆ เค–เฅ‹เค•เฅ‡ sarkar.โ€

โ€œTata Airbus manufacturing project was planned in Maharashtra, but now it has shifted to Gujarat.โ€ Renowned journalist Sudhir Suryawanshi said.

โ€œMaharashtra Industrial minister was given promise of setting up this Airbus project in Maharashtra in loss of Vedanta Foxconn semiconductor projects, but this is also gone to Gujarat,โ€ he added.

Earlier last month, Vedanta-Foxconn which was going to set up Indiaโ€™s first semiconductor plant in Maharashtraโ€™s Talegaon migrated to Gujaratโ€™s Dholera.
