Election Commission Receives 1,450 Election Complaints From Parties

According to the Election Commission, by 11 am, around 1,450 complaints were filed by political parties alleging EVM malfunctions, agents being barred from polling booths, and voters being threatened or prevented from voting in various constituencies. Polling is underway in nine West Bengal seats, including Dum Dum, Barasat, Basirhat, Jaynagar, Mathurapur, Diamond Harbour, Jadavpur, Kolkata Dakshin, and Kolkata Uttar, with tight security arrangements.
